I handle all facets of criminal defense from just being arrested to appealing a sentence.  It does not matter what kind of case it is, an appeal, a felony, a misdemeanor or a summary offense.

At your initial consultation, I go over with you what happened in your case that lead to the charges to get your side of the story.  After that, I discuss your options with you, and what I will charge you to represent you.

I charge a flat fee for my services.  Depending on the case, a flat fee would include all Court appearances, phone calls to or from you or to people involved in your case in the Court system, any letters or motion that must be done, and office visits.  Essentially, anything that needs to be done to resolve your case.

I accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  I also accept payment by cash or check.

Going through the Court system is not easy.  As your attorney, I am here to defend and guide you through it.
